Employment & Education Specialist

Deja supports clients in achieving their employment and education goals. She employs an intersectional approach to ensure each client’s unique desires are met. Passionate about human rights, Deja has a background in researching and advocating for migrants, women, and children. She brings a wealth of experience from global and national nonprofit organizations, working with diverse populations worldwide and promoting their needs through collaborative advocacy efforts. Particularly passionate about youth involvement in activism, Deja is a proud member of Politics4Her and the Migration Youth and Children Platform. She earned a B.A. in International Studies from Hampton University and studied in South Africa and Spain. Deja also holds an M.A. in International Relations and Political Science from the Geneva Graduate Institute in Switzerland.
