Abby oversees the organization’s grant portfolio, individual giving program, and communications. She is passionate about building community relationships and understanding the impact of political, economic, and social systems on human well-being. Abby comes to AsylumWorks with experience at think tanks and nonprofits focused on international economic development, poverty alleviation, and entrepreneurship. Most recently, she supported projects working to strengthen democracy and economic resilience in Latin America. A graduate of The George Washington University, Abby studied in Santiago, Chile while receiving her B.A. in International Affairs. She is fluent in Spanish.
