Pascal Masuba, MA

Board Member

Pascal is an International development professional, thought leader, and emerging creative designer with over 7 years of experience in the nonprofit sector; advocating for women and children, and designing and implementing countrywide knowledge management and social innovation projects in Sierra Leone, Bangladesh and the United States. With keen interest in leveraging Innovation and Technology in Education, especially in underserved communities, he supports several global educational initiatives and online campaigns. Pascal graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Master’s in Nonprofit Leadership (distinction) and the recipient of UPenn’s Richard J. Estes Global Citizenship Award, 2020. He currently works as a Senior Associate in the Innovation, Data and Outreach department of the Executive division at Chemonics, supporting the organization’s 10 technical practices and the design and roll-out of the corporate Knowledge Management and Innovation Systems, learning agendas, and practice networks. Pascal is a proud He4She advocate, a budding fashion designer, and the 2017 recipient of the Rice Award for Leadership and Innovation, awarded by the Society for International Development.
