Madeleine Pye

Madeleine’s role is dedicated to ensuring that programs and employees have the resources they need to operate smoothly and efficiently at AsylumWorks. As Chief of Staff, she also supports the executive director in achieving the organization’s mission through overseeing operations, reporting, hiring, and finances while also coordinating AsylumWorks’ nationwide technical training initiatives. She joined AsylumWorks with a breadth of experience in direct service working with asylum seekers and refugees and expanding equitable practices in organizations for systems-level change across the U.S. A graduate of The George Washington University, Madeleine also studied at Sciences Po Paris and the School for International Training in Cape Town as she earned a B.A. in International Affairs and French Language, Literature, and Culture.
