Community Program Facilitator
Liliana was born in Venezuela and graduated from the Central University of Venezuela. She is a lawyer and human rights defender with over 25 years of experience in human rights law and social work. Liliana was forcibly displaced from Venezuela with her daughter before coming to the U.S. to seek asylum. Today, she is an asylee and co-founder of FE EN VENEZUELA, a non-profit organization that helps Venezualeans people withstand the complex humanitarian emergency that exists in their country. Liliana is a member of the Lay Fraternity of Saint Dominic Washington, D.C. chapter. She is a native Spanish speaker.
