To become an AsylumWorks client, please complete the form below according to your language needs. This questionnaire consists of 18 questions designed to help AsylumWorks understand your needs, priorities, and preferences so we can match you with one of our staff.

To be eligible for services, applicants must be:

• Unable to return to their country because of safety concerns
• Currently residing in Washington, D.C., Maryland, or Northern Virginia
• AND EITHER:
  • Are recognized by the U.S. government as a refugee, asylee, special immigrant visa holder (SIV), or humanitarian parole
    OR
  • Have submitted an Application for Asylum (Form I-589)
    OR
  • Need help filing for asylum or another form of humanitarian-based immigration protection

After submitting this questionnaire, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps and information about our follow-up process.
